We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always despatch your order as promptly as possible – within 3 working days for stock items.
Printed clothing items, which may have to be produced by our supplier to fulfil your order will normally be despatched within 10 working days however, this is subject to our supplier workload and stock availability and therefore may be longer.
In all circumstances where there is any delay in the despatch of your order, we will keep you informed by email. Upon despatch of your order you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders of multiple items will be despatched together and if includes printed clothing will be subject to the despatch timescale for printed clothing.
Royal Mail is our preferred carrier for both United Kingdom and International orders, but we reserve the right to use other carriers.
The cost of postage and packing for your purchase is £3.95 and your order will be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery. Your order is insured to a maximum value of £20.
We also offer an enhanced option, Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For 48 Hour, at a cost of £7.95. This option offers you full tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Your order will also be insured up to a maximum of £100. If you are not at home a card will be left explaining how you can collect your item or have it redelivered.
To enable us to quote for delivery please choose, ‘Pay after quote...’ option at check out. We will email you back with a personalised quote.
We normally post using Royal Mail International Tracked and will provide you with a tracking number when your item has been despatched. Your order is insured to a maximum value of £50, with higher levels of cover available on request.
Once your parcel has left the UK it will be handed on to your local postal service for delivery.
Whilst the Royal Mail website indicates the expected delivery timescale in your particular country, we are aware that these timescales may vary, and we ask you to be aware of this. Once in the hands of your local postal service your package will be subject to local rules and regulations. Any local taxes or import duties which are levied upon your item are entirely your own responsibility.
Please note that we regularly review our postage and packing costs and reserve the right to amend or change them at any time.
All goods supplied by us are inspected for quality prior to despatch
Clothing bearing printed designs and logos are produced for us by our trusted suppliers. Whilst every care is taken, these items may be subject to slight variations in colour and design placement from those shown on our website as part of the production process.
You have the right to cancel your order or to return items for refund within seven days of placing your order or within seven days of receipt of your order, whichever is the longer.
Once despatched, an order can no longer be cancelled and will have to be returned to us at your own cost for a refund.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to issue you with a replacement item or refund the cost of the item plus postage. In these circumstances please email us at the above email address with full details.
Where you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return to us with details of your order and the replacement size required.
In all the above circumstances, goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, in their original packaging and unused.
When returning goods to us, please obtain a proof of posting from your carrier and ensure that the goods are sufficiently insured to compensate you should your package be lost in transit
